We are looking for Support Workers for one of our small residential homes in Cardiff – people who are caring, empathetic, enthusiastic, flexible, keen to learn and develop their own skills and who work well as part of a team.

As a company we specialize in providing support for those with a Learning Disability or Mental Health needs, both teenagers and adults.

As well as helping with personal care as necessary (washing, dressing, toileting, etc) you will be supporting individuals to carry out activities both in and outside of the home, e.g. cooking, cleaning, shopping, days out, leisure activities all in line with their abilities and interests.

Experience in a similar role is preferred, however we will provide full training to those with no experience but the right attitude. A driving licence is a definite advantage, and passion and commitment are essential.
