This month, we are proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone for one of our own. Denise Radford, Deputy Manager at Timothy House, marks 10 years of dedicated service with Gofal Cymru Care.
Over the past decade, Denise has been a cornerstone of the Timothy House team. Her compassion, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the people we support have made a lasting impact, not only on the individuals in our care but also on her colleagues and the wider Gofal Cymru Care community.
From her early days with us to her current role as Deputy Manager, Denise has consistently gone above and beyond. Her calm presence, deep understanding of person-centred care, and ability to lead with empathy have earned her the respect and admiration of everyone she works with.
