Rehaz is the Managing Director and co-founder of the company. Having been a qualified nurse for over 20 years, Rehaz has also established several businesses in the UK with extensive experience in areas of Corporate Management, Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Information Technology and Estates Development/Management/Maintenance. With a passion for travel and exotic food, Rehaz loves exploring various cultures and traditions through meeting people from all parts of the world.

Angela is the Clinical Director for the Company & Qualified Nurse (Registered General Nurse Adults Levels 1 & 2) with over 25 years experience in Nursing within the National Health Service. Angela has the relevant certification in Health Care Management and was formerly a Nutrition Nurse Specialist in NHS South Wales.

Inayat Abdoolla is the Corporate Director of Gofal Cymru Care and heads the General Office & Finance department since 2010. He specialises in strategic planning, Corporate and Operational Finance (Including Payroll), Audits and Accounts of the organisation.

Laura Rees
Laura Rees brings a wealth of experience to her role as Quality Director and Responsible Individual at Gofal Cymru Care. With over five years of expertise in HR and Health & Safety, Laura made the decision to transition into supporting individuals with physical and challenging behaviours, blending her skills to make a meaningful impact.
When the opportunity arose to join Gofal Cymru Care, Laura embraced it wholeheartedly, recognizing the chance to apply her knowledge while championing the company’s ethos. Chatty, outgoing, and deeply compassionate, she is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care, professionalism, and positive experiences for both staff and service users alike.
