We are looking for experienced female Support Workers to work at a small, 3 bedroom, children’s residential home in Whitchurch, supporting teenagers with learning disabilities and / or mental health needs.

As well as helping with personal care as necessary (washing, dressing, toileting, etc) you will be supporting this young person to carry out activities both in and outside of the home, e.g. cooking, cleaning, shopping, days out, leisure activities all in line with their abilities and interests.

Note it is an occupational requirement for this role that we hire female staff. It is a legal requirement that staff in this role must be over the age of 21.

We are preferably looking for people with experience in a similar role, we will provide full training and staff development. We are particularly looking for drivers who have a full clean UK licence who will be able to drive the company car.
