Gofal Cymru Care has two key aims: To provide an appropriate environment and support for people with complex learning disabilities, and also to provide good working conditions for the staff providing that care and support. We are committed to continuing professional development, and in addition to statutory training, we also provide specialist training Autism, Epilepsy, Diabetes management for working with and understanding individuals with Learning Disabilities and or Mental Health Needs.
Gofal Cymru Care has its own internal Training and Development Team to provide all required sector specific training as well as professional development training and succession planning opportunities.
